Shipping policy

STANDARD DELIVERY

Della-Vite Trading Ltd will deliver your order on a next day basis (excluding weekends) for all Customer Orders, provided those orders are received before 12.00pm. Orders received after 12.00pm will be processed on the next working day.

Should it not be possible, for any reason, to arrange next day delivery, the expected day of delivery will be indicated in the confirmation email sent after purchase. During peak periods or periods of adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended. Standard Delivery will be charged at the flat rate specified on the online-store and added to each order as a net extra charge. There is no minimum product order in respect of Standard Delivery Order, however orders of 6 bottles or more will come with shipping free of charge, within the UK mainland.

Della-Vite Trading Ltd courier offers delivery on Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your order, they will either leave the Customer’s Order in a safe place or leave instructions on how to re-book delivery. A signature will be required and, at the courier’s discretion, a suitable form of ID (demonstrating legal drinking age), which the Customer must be ready to present on delivery of all Orders. If the Customer is unable to comply with these requirements for any reason, the courier will be unable to deliver the Order and Della-Vite Trading Ltd will not be responsible for any re-delivery charges arising as a result of having to rearrange delivery.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Della-Vite Trading Ltd are sadly unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or destinations outside the UK currently.
